31 March 2026We’ve launched our new Trust Service to help you manage the complexities of trust planning, as tax and legislation continue to evolve and clients focus more on passing on their wealth efficiently.
What the Trust Service offers
- Direct access to trust specialistsOur technical team are on hand to offer expert guidance at every stage. We’ll cover estate planning, trust taxation and a range of common trust structures, including absolute, discretionary, interest‑in‑possession, gift trusts, discounted gift trusts and loan trusts.
- Help selecting the right trustWe help you match trust structure to client needs. We’ll look at various factors including the level of control required, family complexity, vulnerability, asset type and long‑term planning goals.
- A more efficient setup processWe’ll guide you through the process, confirming documentation requirements, clarifying settlor, trustee and beneficiary roles, ensuring FATCA/CRS data is complete, guiding LEI needs for investment cases and supporting new trust set up on Wrap. Getting this right first time helps to reduce timescales and avoid unnecessary extra work.
