We continually monitor platform performance to ensure everything is working as it should. If you think something doesn't look right, please get in touch in the usual way.
Telephone lines
Wrap telephone lines
Phone lines are busier than usual.
On Friday 12 December, the phone lines for Wrap queries will be closing at an earlier time of 15:30pm. The phone lines will return to normal on Monday 15 December.
Elevate telephone lines
Planned service changes
Please note we have planned maintenance scheduled for the Wrap platform this weekend. The platform will be unavailable from 06:00 until 12:00 on Sunday 14 December. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Our telephone lines close on public holidays.
You can still submit new business and servicing requests on your platform and view our online support.
Please note, remuneration payments will be processed on the next available business day. Deduction of charges will remain unchanged.
