Latest improvements:
PScan fix now live: Past performance data which had shown an incorrect dip in performance in July 2024 is now displaying correctly on client reports.
Coming next:
We are targeting Autumn 2025 for our next upgrade and we are prioritising resolving issues which are causing you the most inconvenience when working with us. The current plan includes additional PScan updates for clients with hub models addressing where some incorrect performance values have been showing. As well as making some key fixes:
- Improvements to Costs and Charges disclosure documents.
- Enhancement to bulk valuations to remove transfers that are 'pending' from valuation.
- Removing the 10 year limit on running CGT reports.
We'll confirm the date of the upgrade and exactly what it will include in the coming weeks.
Looking ahead
As for future upgrades, we're seeking to make several key improvements based on your feedback. We're currently reviewing the CGT reporting capability on the Hub and seeking to enable opt out for receiving paper contract notes. We're also reviewing our DFM offering to explore the inclusion of additional firms and are currently in discussions with several providers. We'll keep you informed as these developments progress.
