The Platform Adviser Terms of Business ('the Terms') describe the basis on which the adviser firm will conduct business with the provider of the Wrap platform, Standard Life Savings Limited ('we' or 'us'), through the Wrap platform. The Terms also set out the responsibilities of individual users (as defined in the Terms) nominated by the adviser firm to have access to the Wrap platform.

By completing the section below, you confirm that (i) you are authorised to accept the Terms on behalf of the adviser firm; (ii) the details in the section below are correct and complete; and (iii) the adviser firm is authorised and regulated by the FCA.

Individual users are required to confirm their acceptance of the Terms when first entering the wrap platform and at least annually. You are responsible for individual users' compliance with the Terms.

The Terms and the details provided in the section below are legally binding on the adviser firm, us and individual users. We will notify the adviser firm of any material changes to the Terms. The latest copy of the Terms can be found on the Wrap platform.
