What happens next

Email confirmation
You’ll receive an email straight away to confirm we’ve received the application.
Drawdown request details added to document library
In the next 3 working days, a copy of the request will be uploaded to the platform document library for your reference.
Drawdown pack and income diary added to document library
A drawdown pack and an income diary (if income selected) with tax codes and payment details will be uploaded to the platform document library. Please note there can sometimes be an initial delay for the income payments to show on the platform history, but the payments are being made once the income diary is uploaded.
Email confirmation on completion of request
We’ll send you an email to confirm when we’ve completed your request and payments have been processed.

To prevent any payment delays, you must ensure these are completed as part of this application:

Check client and bank details are up to date on the platform
Ensure any address changes have been made (and verified if needed). If a different bank account is needed, call us to go through the verification process or complete the bank details verification form in advance.
Set up sells of investments
You must set up sells of any on and/or off platform investments to provide cover for this application and upcoming platform and adviser charges. For any off platform investments, please ensure the off platform trades form is completed and emailed to us, following the instructions in the form.
Price Lock – run a charges summary
If applying for Drawdown Price Lock, a charges summary must be run within the last 7 days before the drawdown application is submitted.
For tax-free cash applications – upload certificates
If there is Lifetime Allowance protection or a TTFAC in place, the certificate must be uploaded to the client document library on the platform.
